The styles go from flat graphic shapes to clay 3D, frosted glass, metal and cartoon characters. Each style has its own settings, like preset colours or a custom HEX code, a facial expression for the character styles, and a simpler or more detailed look. You can also start from a picture of your own; most of the styles support this.
If most of an icon works but one part doesn't, you can mark up to three spots and describe what should change, instead of starting over. Every edit is saved as a new version. Before downloading, the icon can be checked at 64, 32 and 29 px on light and dark backgrounds. Downloads include a full-size PNG and a ZIP with the sizes iOS, Android and web favicons need. Some styles can also export SVG and layered PSD files (beta).
