AITraining.jobs vs HeroHunt.ai: Which Is Better in 2026?

AITraining.jobs is a free job board for AI training work. It lists the open AI training jobs from the platforms that pay people to train, evaluate and label data for AI (Mercor, micro1, Outlier, DataAnnotation, Braintrust, Alignerr, Prolific and about 50 more). It is a job board and job search engine (an aggregator) for AI trainers, evaluators, data annotators and domain experts.

The openings come from the hiring platforms' own job feeds, which AITraining.jobs pulls daily from 25 platforms (about 3,400 open roles in October 2026, across about 60 platforms covered). Job seekers apply on the platform that posted the role. Every role shows the hourly pay the platform advertises, so people can compare what the work pays before they apply. Nearly all roles are remote, most are open to people in the United States, and many are open worldwide.

The board covers every kind of AI training work: RLHF and evaluation, coding, math, law, medicine and finance expert work, voice and audio, data annotation and multilingual roles. Platform reviews, pay comparisons and country pages help people see which platforms are legitimate and what they pay. A pay report shows advertised hourly pay by kind of work, and the open data page publishes the same figures for anyone to reuse. There is also an MCP server for AI assistants that want to search the openings.

AITraining.jobs is free for job seekers, and no signup is needed to browse. There is no paid posting: openings are collected from the platforms' own feeds. Companies hiring AI trainers can contact hello@aitraining.jobs.

What problem it solves

People who want paid AI training work have to check dozens of platforms one by one, and most do not show what a role pays. AITraining.jobs puts the openings and the advertised hourly pay in one place for AI trainers, evaluators, data annotators and domain experts.
