What is Telenow?
Telenow is an AI voice agent platform that answers and makes business phone calls around the clock. It picks up every call in under a second, speaks English and 10 Indian languages (including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi), and switches languages mid-call when the caller does.
Businesses use Telenow to answer customer questions, qualify leads, book appointments, take orders, and route urgent calls to a human with full context. Unlike closed voice AI platforms, Telenow runs on your own phone carrier and your choice of AI models, keeping costs, latency, and data in your control.
Getting started takes minutes: sign up, get INR 100 in free credit with no card required, configure the agent, and point your business number at it. Pay-as-you-go pricing starts at INR 2.41 per minute (about $0.03), with no seats or contracts. A live dashboard shows recordings, transcripts, and outcomes for every call.
What problem it solves
Businesses lose revenue every time a call goes unanswered - after hours, during peak load, or when staff are busy. Hiring a 24/7 call team is expensive, and IVR menus frustrate callers. Telenow answers every call on the first ring, in the caller's language, day or night. Built for clinics, real estate teams, restaurants, logistics firms, and service businesses.
Alternatives & competitors
A simpler, more open alternative to closed voice-AI platforms like Synthflow, Vapi-based agencies, and Bland AI: Telenow runs on your own carrier and your choice of AI models, with per-minute pricing (from INR 2.41/min, about $0.03) instead of seat licenses, and native support for English plus 10 Indian languages.
