What is Homade?

Homade is a browser-based CRM and ERP for beauty salons, independent specialists and salon teams. Its interface is in Russian. The product connects appointments, customer records, services, payments and operational reports so staff can work with the same information across the client visit, rather than copy it between a calendar, a contact list and a cash spreadsheet.

The appointment journal is organised around specialists and rooms. It supports online booking, service durations, buffers and breaks, and a waiting list. Client cards hold visit history and details relevant to repeat appointments, including beauty notes, colouring formulas and photographs. These are working records for the salon, rather than a separate marketing contact list.

Financial tools cover payments and the information needed to calculate staff compensation. Other sections support stock records, loyalty programmes, certificates and subscriptions. Management reports help a salon inspect revenue, average transaction value and staff workload. Available functions depend on the selected plan, so a team should compare the tariff with its own workflow before importing a live database.

The Solo plan is permanently free for one specialist, with an unlimited number of clients. It includes the online booking page, appointment journal, services, payments and client cards. This permanent plan is separate from the fourteen-day trial of paid functionality offered at registration. Paid tiers increase the available team size and add functions such as employee roles, payroll, stock, analytics and integration options.

SMS messages are charged separately. Published prices are in Russian roubles, and the monthly equivalent changes with the selected billing period. The official tariff section shows the total charge and duration together; these should be checked when comparing a one-month subscription with an annual payment.

A public, read-only demo is available at https://app.homade.ru/demo. It uses fictional people and appointments. The attached screenshot shows the real demo interface, allowing a prospective user to inspect navigation without providing a customer database. It is not a production salon report.

Homade is developed by Levitsky Concept. Questions about plan limits, migration from another booking system and the functions needed for a particular salon can be sent to homade@levitsky-c.ru. Individual integrations and messaging providers should be confirmed before committing to a migration.

What problem it solves

Salons and independent specialists need to coordinate appointments, client histories, payments and staff schedules. Homade groups these records and offers a permanent free plan for a single specialist.
