What is Craic Hub Exchange?
Pay in $CRAIC for cheaper fees on Craic Hub Exchange, and get 25% off on Craic Hub. Craic Hub Exchange (https://exchange.craiccoin.com) is a non-custodial exchange for Solana, part of the Craic Coin family. You trade from your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack) and it never holds your coins or keys. Swap any Solana coin through Jupiter, or use the Any coin tab (powered by ChangeNOW) to swap other chains' coins into SOL. Launch your own Solana coin for 0.05 SOL total, with mint and freeze authority revoked by default. Create a Meteora pool pairing any two coins for about 0.025 SOL in rent and network fees, with no fee from us. Markets tabs show New, Gainers, Losers and Stablecoins with DexScreener charts. Basic token listings are free; Featured is 0.25 SOL. Platform fee is 0% to 0.75% plus network and Jupiter fees. Pay in $CRAIC for cheaper fees on the exchange, and get 25% off on Craic Hub. $CRAIC paid as fees is burned, with an aim of burning 250M $CRAIC (an aim, not a guarantee). Craic Wallet is coming soon.
What problem it solves
Swapping, launching and pooling Solana coins usually means juggling several apps. Craic Hub Exchange puts them in one non-custodial front end where you keep your own keys. Fee 0-0.75%; pay in $CRAIC for cheaper fees.
What is Settlematic?
Settlematic is a non-custodial crypto invoicing and payment gateway built for teams that already hold their own wallets. You quote in USD, GBP, or EUR. Clients pay in USDC, USDT, EURC, ETH, or BTC across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Solana, Tron, and Bitcoin. Each invoice or checkout address is bound to a destination you control at issuance, so funds never sit in a processor float.
Custodial processors take the payment, hold it, and pay you later. Settlematic does the opposite: we watch the chain, attach the transaction hash, and reconcile against the fiat amount on the invoice. We cannot move the funds. Partial payments and multi-asset fills count toward the same balance.
Collect covers invoices, payment links, and recurring billing. Gateway adds hosted checkout, embeddable widgets, a REST API, and merchant onboarding. Pricing is Lite at $20 per month for Collect with 25 invoices, and Pro at $49 per month for unlimited invoicing plus Gateway. There is no percentage take rate. Network gas is paid to validators as usual. A 15-minute sandbox at settlematic.com/demo needs no card.
Settlematic is made by Keshav Sharma at Simplileap Digital LLP in Bengaluru. SOC 2 work is in progress; we do not claim certification. Try the sandbox, then point Collect or Gateway at wallets you already operate.
Invoice statuses include sent, partial, paid, and overdue. Every confirmed payment stores the chain, asset, amount, and transaction hash so finance can reconcile without exporting a processor CSV. Sweep destinations can be cold storage, an ops wallet, or a multisig you already run. The product is invoicing plus a payment gateway, not payroll and not mass payout.
Sandbox access lasts fifteen minutes and does not ask for a card. Production Lite is twenty dollars a month. Pro is forty-nine dollars a month with a seven-day trial that does require a card. Gas is never a Settlematic fee. If you already operate wallets and you want clients to pay in crypto against a fiat invoice, this is the loop: issue, watch, reconcile, settle to you.
What problem it solves
B2B teams that want crypto pay-in without giving a processor custody of funds.
