Non-custodial crypto invoicing that settles to wallets you already control.

About Settlematic

Settlematic is a non-custodial crypto invoicing and payment gateway built for teams that already hold their own wallets. You quote in USD, GBP, or EUR. Clients pay in USDC, USDT, EURC, ETH, or BTC across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Solana, Tron, and Bitcoin. Each invoice or checkout address is bound to a destination you control at issuance, so funds never sit in a processor float.

Custodial processors take the payment, hold it, and pay you later. Settlematic does the opposite: we watch the chain, attach the transaction hash, and reconcile against the fiat amount on the invoice. We cannot move the funds. Partial payments and multi-asset fills count toward the same balance.

Collect covers invoices, payment links, and recurring billing. Gateway adds hosted checkout, embeddable widgets, a REST API, and merchant onboarding. Pricing is Lite at $20 per month for Collect with 25 invoices, and Pro at $49 per month for unlimited invoicing plus Gateway. There is no percentage take rate. Network gas is paid to validators as usual. A 15-minute sandbox at settlematic.com/demo needs no card.

Settlematic is made by Keshav Sharma at Simplileap Digital LLP in Bengaluru. SOC 2 work is in progress; we do not claim certification. Try the sandbox, then point Collect or Gateway at wallets you already operate.

Invoice statuses include sent, partial, paid, and overdue. Every confirmed payment stores the chain, asset, amount, and transaction hash so finance can reconcile without exporting a processor CSV. Sweep destinations can be cold storage, an ops wallet, or a multisig you already run. The product is invoicing plus a payment gateway, not payroll and not mass payout.

Sandbox access lasts fifteen minutes and does not ask for a card. Production Lite is twenty dollars a month. Pro is forty-nine dollars a month with a seven-day trial that does require a card. Gas is never a Settlematic fee. If you already operate wallets and you want clients to pay in crypto against a fiat invoice, this is the loop: issue, watch, reconcile, settle to you.

What problem it solves
