ChambaNOW

ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers. It's built for contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, and restoration and cleaning companies that need reliable help for a day, a week, or longer.

Hirers post jobs in about two minutes, search available workers by skill, ZIP code, distance, and hourly rate, and message applicants directly in the app. Every chat message automatically translates between English and Spanish the moment it's sent, so a crew lead and a worker can each read and write in their own language. That covers directions, safety instructions, and pay.

Workers set their own rates and hirers negotiate directly. ChambaNOW charges no agency markup or per-shift commission. Two-way reviews after each job build trust on both sides, and every job includes worker-rights reporting. Businesses also get a shareable, branded Company Jobs page they can embed on their own website. It works for day labor, contract, temp-to-hire, per-diem, and full-time roles.

New hirers get their first month of Hirer Plus free with no credit card: unlimited job posts, worker search, and messaging. After that, Hirer Plus is $29.99/month, or a 24-hour Hiring Pass is $9.99. Workers always use ChambaNOW free. ChambaNOW never asks about immigration status and never sells personal data.

What problem it solves

Small businesses need reliable local help on short notice, while many skilled workers are more comfortable in Spanish. ChambaNOW removes the language barrier and avoids slow phone calls, middlemen, and agency markups.
