Marta is an AI voice agent for the Spanish rental market. Paste the Idealista or Fotocasa listings you are interested in and Marta phones the landlords and estate agencies in Spanish: is the flat still available, does the owner accept pets, what paperwork and guarantees are expected, when can you see it. Viewings land in your calendar, and every call comes back as a recording, a transcript and an English summary, with WhatsApp confirmation to both sides. Marta says she is an AI in her first sentence (EU AI Act) and a human team takes over when an agency refuses to speak to an AI. Pricing is per verified result: 3 free, then packs from 49 EUR.
What problem it solves
