About Wolfloyee

Wolfloyee is a monthly Team Harmony pulse for US tech teams. It runs in Slack. Once a month, each person gets three private Slack DMs: skills, collaboration, and impact. Answers stay anonymous until at least three people respond. The company score stays hidden until that threshold. Teammates do not create a Wolfloyee login. They reply in Slack.

Add to Slack is the real call to action: https://wolfloyee.com/slack/install

Public beta is free. After beta, the company pays $1 per employee per month USD, billed at month-end on that month's employee count. There is no annual plan. There is no credit card during public beta.

Wolfloyee is for small US tech teams that want a light monthly pulse instead of a long survey suite. It is not a public feed. It is not a performance-review platform. Nearby products include Culture Amp, Lattice, and 15Five.

Free tools on the site do not require an account: pulse survey questions and a desk-booking calculator at https://wolfloyee.com/tools

What problem it solves

Managers want a monthly read on team harmony without a long survey. Wolfloyee asks three questions in Slack DM and waits for three answers before showing a score.

Wolfloyee has significantly improved our team's feedback culture and internal dynamics. The seamless Slack integration allows us to track team morale and exchange feedback without ever leaving our daily workspace. The scoring system for team dynamics gives us incredible insights into our overall team health. However, I do wish it included modules for recruitment and hiring processes. Having a unified platform for both employee engagement and candidate evaluation would make it an absolute powerhouse. Despite this missing piece, it remains a highly valuable tool for team management.
