EUDR Tools

EUDR Tools is a free set of browser tools for the preparation work that happens before an operator makes its own due diligence decision. It is built for people who receive product codes and supplier plot files and need to see what is missing or technically broken before those inputs move further through a workflow.
The scope checker helps you explore whether an HS or CN code may fall within the current EUDR product list. It shows the relevant description and rule context so you can review the classification yourself. The country-risk tool presents the European Commission's published risk categories. A country category is only one input to due diligence; it says nothing conclusive about a particular shipment or plot.
Map Studio opens supplier GeoJSON and KML files. You can inspect plots on a map, find file and geometry problems, preview supported repairs, and export corrected GeoJSON for review. That is especially useful when a file arrives with invalid rings, misplaced coordinates, or an unexpected shape. A technically valid polygon can still point to the wrong land, so the supplier and operator must verify plot identity and its connection to the physical product.
The risk-record templates help organize observations, questions, evidence references and follow-up decisions around Articles 10 and 11. They are a working record for the user's own process, not a legal opinion or an automated risk conclusion. Public tools are free and work without an account. An optional free account can save work across devices. The interface is available in the 24 official EU languages.
EUDR Tools does not check land-use history or determine whether goods are deforestation-free. It does not verify the legality of production, certify compliance, replace the operator's due diligence, or submit a due diligence statement to the EU Information System. Those responsibilities remain with the relevant business and its own evidence and review process.
