The public site lists presets such as United States 2×2 in (51×51 mm), 35×45 mm formats, China 33×48 mm, and Canada 50×70 mm. You can change the country before export. The preview is free. You pay only when you unlock the files. The pricing page lists a single photo package as a one-time payment, shown as US$8.99 (from US$9.99), with no subscription. That package is one high-resolution digital photo and one printable 4×6 sheet. The page also says it includes AI-assisted crop and background cleanup for the selected document. Review the preview before payment.

The homepage guide covers outer dimensions, head centering, background color (white, light grey, blue, or another clean backdrop), and notes on eyes, glasses, and shadows. It shows an accepted-style example next to common problems. Those examples are checks, not a promise that an agency will accept a file.
