Rixin Archive helps Android users turn scattered office files into a searchable local archive. Share or open documents and images from chat, office, browser, gallery, and file-manager apps, then copy them into archive boxes while preserving file extensions. Add clearer titles, document types, projects, organizations, amounts, sources, tags, and custom dimensions.

The app combines keyword search, structured filters, summaries, and optional AI fuzzy retrieval for cases where users remember the context but not the exact filename. It is designed for project staff, sales, purchasing, finance, administration, students, freelancers, and anyone who handles many files on a phone.

Core archive data remains on the device. The app includes ads and an optional Google Play Pro subscription, so it should be described as freemium rather than completely free or completely offline. It is not a cloud team workspace or a replacement for enterprise records-management software.
