LineSheetFlow

LineSheetFlow is a browser-based line sheet and catalog maker for small brands, independent makers and wholesale sellers preparing product information for boutiques and other stockists. It brings product details, photos, prices and ordering terms into a consistent document layout.

Start by importing a product CSV or entering products manually. If your data lives in Excel or Google Sheets, export it as CSV first. Match JPEG or PNG product photos to SKUs, then review the product information before choosing a layout. Supported details include wholesale and retail prices, minimum order quantities, case packs, selling units, availability, specifications and custom product attributes. Each variant uses its own SKU.

Six templates cover different presentation needs: image-led cards, a compact list, a collection lookbook, product detail pages, case-pack pricing and a printed order worksheet. Add a logo, brand colors, contact information and trading terms, then preview the result in A4 or US Letter format. The worksheet is a printable document rather than an online ordering system.

The free plan includes one local project, editing and watermarked previews. This lets a maker organize products and inspect the layout before paying for exports. Pro costs $9.90 per month or $99 per year and adds PDF downloads, multiple projects and private cloud backups.

For wholesale sellers who work with different accounts, Pro supports customer-specific percentage discounts and fixed prices. CSV update review helps inspect changes to product data, while batch customer PDF exports package multiple customer documents into a ZIP file.

The public website includes sample product CSVs, PDF examples, line sheet templates and guides about preparing wholesale line sheets, converting CSV data and handling customer price lists. These resources provide a starting point for a first catalog.

LineSheetFlow is a standalone CSV-based workflow. It does not provide native Shopify or Etsy integrations, live inventory synchronization, checkout or online order processing. It is intended for sellers who need clear, shareable product and price documents.
