OtoparkPro

OtoparkPro is a parking management app for people who run the car park themselves, not from behind a desk. It replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet and the barrier-plus-PC setup with the phone already in the operator's pocket.

Register a car in seconds: point the camera at the plate and OtoparkPro reads it from the photo. Tiered tariffs handle the first hour, later hours, daily caps and night rates. Members and monthly subscribers are tracked separately with their own expiry dates. At exit the fee is calculated automatically and the receipt carries a QR code, so the customer can follow the amount and the time on their own phone, without asking anyone.

Customers can also pay by card online. The business connects its own Stripe or PayTR account, the money lands there directly, and Tanrikulu Apps takes no commission on it. A car that pays online completes its own exit, so the queue at the booth does not wait for a card machine.

An Apple TV or Android TV at the entrance turns into a live display board showing free spaces, cars inside and prices. The same business can be run from a computer in the browser with the same account, which helps when a second person works at a desk.

At the end of the day the till report shows cash, card, online and unpaid totals together with expenses, so the operator knows what the day earned before locking up. Reports can be shared as a summary with the owner.

OtoparkPro works offline. Records are kept on the device and sync when the connection comes back, which matters in basements and underground car parks where signal disappears. It runs on iPhone, Android and TV, is available in 27 languages, and several branches and staff members can share one account with role-based permissions, so a shift change does not need a handover notebook.
